Pasquale Landolfi returns for 2024/25 season
Pasquale Landolfi has signed a one-year extension with the Bristol Flyers.
The British guard has penned a deal that will see him return for the club’s 20th anniversary season in the Super League and European North Basketball League.
Landofi first joined the Flyers at Under-18 level and after two seasons with the men’s Division two programme, was given an opportunity last season to compete solely for the first team side.
Landolfi featured in a bigger role for Flyers last season, averaging over six minutes per game across his 36 appearances for the team.
Speaking on his return to club, Landolfi said: “It feels great to be back with the Flyers. It was a really easy decision for me, Flyers is like my second home.
“I’ve gained a lot of experience as a player over the last two years and now that I’m here for another season, I can use those experiences to keep improving as a player.
“I’ve had a lot of support from Coach Kapoulas and Coach Bourne since I’ve been with the club at Under-18 level, and they’re really helped me with my confidence as a player.
“I’m excited to see all the fans again, it’s going to be a great year for the club and I’m looking forward to getting started again."
Flyers Head Coach Andreas Kapoulas added: “Pasquale has made a lot progress over the last two seasons and we are excited to have him on board for a third year.
“He is fully committed to our programme and his attitude is second to none.
“He’s another player that has been through our pathway and he fully embraces his role, ready to contribute as we look to push on with our domestic and European aspirations.”
